Tigran Shahverdyan has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they became the Co-founder and CTO of Conjure. In 2020, they became the Hard Tech Founder of HAX. In 2018, they became a Mentor of Singularity University and Armenian Startup Academy, Co-founder and CTO of Robomart, and a Member of NextGen Council of Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST). In 2013, they became the Co-founder and Director of Engineering of RoboCV, where they were in charge of products and systems engineering, including autonomous vehicles, server backend, web and mobile applications, and managed a team of 25+ engineers. In 2010, they became a Systems Engineer of Selenokhod LLC, where they oversaw a feasibility study and proposal preparation for a small lunar lander mission and developed system requirements of a camera-based navigation system for a lunar lander. In 2009, they became a Researcher of Space Research Institute of RAS (IKI RAN), where they developed the concept and designed the electron optics of the interplanetary and interstellar dust telescope for Interhelioprobe mission of Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos), was the Project Manager of a Swedish experiment in the Luna-Glob mission of Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos), and analyzed Venus magnetotail measurements gathered by Pioneer-Venus orbiter (PVO). In 2007, they became a QA Engineer of SDK products of ABBYY, where they designed and developed a new type of tool for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) SDK testing and wrote testing plans and developed automatic tests for OCR SDK and its subsystems.
Tigran Shahverdyan's education history includes a Space Studies Program from the International Space University in 2012, a Master of Science in Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) from 2006 to 2008, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the same institution from 2002 to 2006, and a Physics and Mathematics program from the Yerevan School of Physics and Mathematics from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Revolution in Exponentially Growing Technologies. Forecast for the Future" from Singularity University in May 2012.
