Currently serving as Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President of Development & Strategic Planning at Hay Creek Hotels since January 2009, Dan specializes in upscale and luxury independent hotels and resorts that highlight architectural and historical significance. Prior experience includes tenure as Managing Director at O'Connell Hospitality Group, LLC, where Dan advised on premium hotel transactions, and as President of SD Hospitality Group, which developed over 25 award-winning hotels across eastern Canada and New England. Dan began a career in hospitality with a role in sales and marketing at Hyatt Regency Cambridge after earning a BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of New Haven.
