Vicki currently holds the position of Senior Business Unit Head at Haybury, where Vicki focuses on executive search within the Life Sciences sector. Prior to this, Vicki worked at KellyOCG as an Outsourcing and Consultancy Manager, and at Kelly Services as a Permanent Recruitment Manager. Vicki has also held positions at Arun Estates, King and Chasemore, The Alzheimer's Society, and The Body Shop. Vicki holds a HND degree in Fashion Promotion and Business Marketing from Northbrook College.
