James Naylor

James Naylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the activated carbon and respiratory protection industries. Currently serving as a Board Director at HAYCARB PLC since April 2016, James also holds the position of Managing Director at Eurocarb Products Ltd, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for the European subsidiary of Haycarb PLC, a market leader in coconut shell activated carbon. Previously, James worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Avon Rubber, managing international sales and marketing for CBRN respiratory protection and contributing to new product development. Earlier experience includes over 15 years as a Product Manager at Scott Health and Safety, where James managed a portfolio of personal respiratory protection products. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Birmingham, complemented by attendance at Malvern College.
