John-Mark Seymour

John-Mark Seymour has a diverse work experience in various industries. John-Mark began their career in 2008 as a Temporary Student at Eastern Well Group. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Draughtsman/Junior Design at Norseman Machinery Imports, where they were involved in advertisement design, manufacturing, and CAD drafting. In 2010, they became a Production Manager at Norseman Machenery Imports, responsible for drafting, design, manufacturing, and client relations.

In 2012, John-Mark worked as a Production Engineer at Rovac Aerospace, before joining Haydale in 2013. At Haydale, they held multiple positions including Production and Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, and Site Manager. Their roles at Haydale involved managing teams, overseeing the development and improvement of plasma functionalization technology, and supporting the global expansion of the company. Their most recent position at Haydale was UK Operations Manager before transitioning to the role of UK Site Director in June 2021.

Additionally, John-Mark has volunteered at Oakey Army Aviation Museum from 2007 to 2011 and Air and Land Spectacular from 2007 to 2010.

John-Mark Seymour attended the University of Southern Queensland from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a field of study in Mechanical Engineering. John-Mark also completed a Course in General Safety at Blue Dog Training in 2008. Prior to that, in 2007 to 2008, they obtained a Cert III (NHC Equivalent) in Computer Aided Drafting from TAFE NSW.
