Erin Rios

Erin Rios has been working in the customer service industry since 1995. Erin began their career as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist at RAD Data Communications. From there, they moved to Amerlux LLC in 2019, where they were a Customer Support Specialist. In 2021, they joined MaxLite as a Product Data Specialist. Most recently, in 2023, they began working as a Customer Success Specialist at Hayden AI.

Erin Rios attended Montclair State University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General.
