Michael Byrne

Michael Byrne has over 17 years of experience in the transportation industry. Michael began their career in 2003 as Senior National Accounts Manager at DriveCam, where they worked to reduce claims costs and save lives by improving the way people drive. In 2009, they joined SmartDrive Systems as Sales Director, where they helped fleet managers take control of driver safety and fuel operational savings. In 2010, they became Sales Manager at Rosco Vision Systems, Inc., where they worked to provide vision safety systems to vehicle manufacturers. In 2012, they became Sales Executive at AngelTrax, where they drove innovation and customer service in the mobile video safety industry. In 2014, they joined Accuscore Driver Risk Analytics as VP Business Development & Product Marketing, where they delivered value to commercial insurers and fleets. In 2017, they became Head of Product at Nueevo Technologies. Most recently, in 2019, they co-founded and became Chief Product Officer at Hayden AI, where they developed the world's first autonomous traffic enforcement platform.

Michael Byrne attended the University of San Diego High School from 1984 to 1988, where they earned their High School Diploma. Michael then attended San Diego State University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
