Adeline Monaghan

Adeline Monaghan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in life sciences consulting, market access, and product development. Currently serving as Case Team Lead at Hayden Consulting Group since April 2025, Adeline previously held positions as Associate Consultant at Clarivate, where strategic insights were delivered in diverse therapeutic areas, and as a Scientist Administrative Assistant at Carterra, contributing to high-throughput SPR instrument development. Additional roles include a Research Assistant at Hargrove Laboratory, where Adeline worked on small molecule drug discovery for SARS-CoV-2, and a Medical Affairs Intern at Galderma, developing educational materials and coordinating conference activities. Adeline is also a former small business owner, having founded Sour Adeline, a skincare line.
