Shahem al Korani

Shahem Al Korani is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in the consulting and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger since April 2024, previous roles include Senior Consultant at Efficio, where significant contributions included analyzing giga-project spending for the GCC Ministry of Energy and developing local content frameworks for the KSA Petrochemicals Leader. Prior to Efficio, work at PwC as a Management Consultant involved projects for various KSA Government Owned Organizations, focusing on food security, sports club governance, and healthcare resource planning. Early career experience includes a Mechanical Engineer position at Honda of Canada Manufacturing, achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements, alongside a research role at Microcellular Plastics Manufacturing Laboratory. Shahem holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
