Sara Berkeley

Sara Berkeley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and event management. Currently serving as a Managing Partner at Boothbay Playhouse Events since August 2023, Sara oversees operations at a unique event venue in midcoast Maine. Concurrently, as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Hayden Consulting Group, Sara supports the BioPharma industry in addressing access and reimbursement challenges. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Washburn & Doughty Associates, Inc., where Sara developed HR strategies, and various HR management positions at MPX and National Distributors, Inc., focusing on employee relations and performance management. Sara's career began in human resources and business management at Bay Electric Company, Inc. and spanned roles in strategic analysis and employment law support. Sara holds a BA in Communication and a Certificate in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Southern Maine.
