Heather Marin

Heather Marin currently serves as the Director of Operations and Project Director at Haydon Companies, a position held since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations, Project Director, and Senior Project Manager at hardison/downey construction from August 2015 to May 2022. Heather also owned and managed Marin Development, LLC from December 2006 to July 2015. Earlier career experience encompasses Project Manager at Kitchell Custom Homes (January 2004 - September 2006) and various positions including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer at Linthicum from March 1996 to January 2004. Heather obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, where education was completed from 1993 to 1997.
