Ryan McGraw

Ryan McGraw has over 14 years of professional experience in the technology industry. In 2021, they began working as the Manager of Data Engineering at Hayes. Prior to this, they worked at NextGen Healthcare Information Systems from 2007 to 2021, where they held the roles of Technical Consultant and KBM Conversion/Upgrade Team Lead. In their Technical Consultant role, they led technology initiatives, ensuring optimal data structures and confirming data integrity, as well as designing efficient tools and applications to enhance productivity. In their KBM Conversion/Upgrade Team Lead role, they spearheaded a team of developers, evaluating and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures with focus on scalability and efficiency. Before NextGen, Ryan worked at MOPAC from 2006 to 2007 as a Crystal Reports Developer.

Ryan McGraw has attended Delaware Valley University and Bucks County Community College, studying Computer and Business Information Systems and Information Technology respectively.
