John Warczak

John Warczak has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. John began their career at Time Sharing Systems Inc., where they worked in operations management from 1972 to 1976. John then moved on to RTE Corp., where they served as a programmer/analyst from 1976 to 1979 and later as the corporate systems and programming manager from 1979 to 1981. From 1981 to 1984, John worked as a branch manager and senior consultant at Remote Data Systems Inc.

In 1984, John joined Aqua-Chem, Inc. as the corporate director of information and communication systems. John was responsible for the overall direction of computer systems and business application development for three divisions of the company. John also held the position of project manager for manufacturing systems from 1984 to 1986. John continued their tenure at Aqua-Chem, now known as Aqua-Chem (Cleaver Brooks), serving as the vice president of manufacturing from 1994 to 1996 and as the vice president of materials and systems from 1996 to 2000.

In 2000, John transitioned to Incomserv, Inc., where they worked as an executive consultant and business owner until 2003. John then retired, but later returned to work as the chief information officer and vice president of materials, quality, and CIO at an undisclosed company from 2003 to 2017. Throughout this role, they provided overall direction to supply chain development, material procurement, quality systems, and inventory management. John was also responsible for establishing product sourcing, quality, and manufacturing operations in Taiwan and implementing lean manufacturing principles and TQM at an acquired mainland China manufacturing operation.

Overall, John Warczak has demonstrated expertise in a variety of roles, including executive leadership, strategic planning, supply chain management, and computer systems development.

John Warczak attended Messmer High School for their secondary education. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
