Jemma McDonald

Jemma McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jemma started their career as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Richard Irwin Associates Ltd in 1992. Jemma then moved on to become a Personnel Manager at Norwich Sport Village in 1993. In 1996, Jemma joined Jarrold Retail / Jarrold Software Training as a Training Manager. Finally, in 2000, they became the Group HR Director at Hayley Group.

Jemma McDonald's education history includes completing an Advanced Employment Law program at the University of East Anglia in 1999-2000. Jemma also obtained an NVQ L4 in Occupational Health & Safety from Wolverhampton College in 2009-2010. In addition, they pursued a Human Resources degree at City College Norwich from 1996-2000, and they completed an Advanced Employment Law program at the University of East Anglia in 1997-1998. Prior to these higher education experiences, they attended Beckfoot Grammar School from 1968-1972.
