Kaman Madulanka

Kaman Madulanka has a strong background in human resources and administration. They most recently worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hayleys Advantis Limited, where they were responsible for recruitment, training, succession planning, and HRIS administration. Prior to that, they held a Senior Executive role at Hellmann MAS Supply Chain, where they handled employee life cycle activities, maintained employee relations, managed absenteeism, and handled admin tasks such as purchasing requisitions. They also have experience as a Human Resources Executive at LAUGFS Engineering, where they managed leave and attendance, prepared letters and reports, and processed payroll. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Samson Manufacturing, where they managed payroll processing, handled employee attendance, documented performance appraisals, and worked with EPF and ETF documentation.

Kaman Madulanka completed a Diploma of Human Resource Management from the National Institute of Labour Studies between 2016 and 2017. Following that, between 2018 and 2021, Madulanka pursued a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, specifically a PQHRM (Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
