Prabath Guruge

Prabath Guruge has a strong background in logistics and business systems. Prabath currently works at Hayleys Advantis Limited as the Head of Business Unit C (Transport), Business Systems and Consultancy. Prabath also holds the position of Lead Consultant and Head of Business Unit C (MoveIT) and Business Systems at the same company. Prabath previously worked at ILS Cluster, where they served as the Lead Consultant and Head of Logistics Solutions. Before that, they were employed at Hayleys Advantis-Logiwiz Limited as a Lead Consultant and Head of Logistics Solutions. Prabath started their career at Hayleys Advantis-Logiwiz Limited as an Assistant Manager and later worked as an Executive in Logistics Solutions. In addition, they are a member of CILT since 2012.

Prabath Guruge completed their education in a chronological order. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK. Prior to that, they attended the University of Moratuwa from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Hons) in Transport and Logistics Management. In 2005 and 2006, they attended the Gamini Dissanayake Institute of Technology & Vocational Studies, where they obtained a Diploma in English and Computer Studies, focusing on English Language and Literature, General, and Computer Studies (MS Office, Programming Etc). Lastly, they studied at N/Gamini National School from 2010 to 2012, undertaking A/L in the Mathematical Stream.
