He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from the University of Peradeniya as well as a Masters in Food Science and Technology from Postgraduate Institute of Agriculture Peradeniya. Moreover he is a Trained Auditor for GMP, ISO & HACCP Systems and also fluent in ISO, HACCP, TPM, Quality Circles, CI Projects, 5 S, Kaizen, GMP and Lean Manufacturing concepts. He currently serves as the Head of Food Exports Sector and provided leadership to enable the company to be the largest processed fruits and vegetable exporter in the country.
