Almira Makhmudova

Almira Makhmudova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of global mobility and human resources. Currently serving as Managing Director, Business Analyst, and Country Manager at HAYMAN-WOODWARD GLOBAL MOBILITY since December 2018, Almira has demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills. A short stint as a Business Management Intern at DUBAI FUTURE FOUNDATION in March 2024 further complements experience. Prior to this, from October 2017 to December 2018, Almira worked as a Recruitment and Human Resources Coordinator at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process, onboarding, payroll data administration, and organizing training events. Almira is presently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Hult International Business School, having previously earned a Diploma in CIPD Level 3 HR and a Specialist Degree in Foreign Languages from Kazan State University.
