Michael Hughes

Michael Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael started their career as a Service and Repair Technician at Alltel in 1998 before transitioning to a role as an Inventory Compliance Analyst at Cricket Communications in 2001. In 2003, they joined Hayneedle.com, initially holding a position in Merchant Operations, where they supported the merchant team and managed various tasks such as licensing, supplier creation, and sku creation. Michael then moved into a role as a Vendor Operations and Quality Specialist, responsible for enforcing compliance programs, training vendors, and resolving problems. In 2013, Michael took on the role of Director of Hockey Operations for the Omaha Junior Lancers High School Program at the Omaha Hockey Club, where they oversaw various aspects of the program including recruitment, budget management, equipment purchasing, and media-related activities. Michael also served as the USA Head Scout for the Kam River Fighting Walleye in 2020 and the Thief River Falls Junior A in the SIJHL from 2015 to 2019. Overall, Michael Hughes has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and a diverse skill set across various industries.

Michael Hughes attended Canadore College from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued studies in Business Administration. After a gap in their education, they enrolled at Metropolitan Community College in 2007 and is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Graphic Design.
