Samantha Rascoe, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Samantha started their career at Verizon in 1993, where they served as a Senior Consultant-Employee Relations, providing guidance and consultation on employment law and HR policies to executive leadership and management staff. Samantha also had responsibilities in managing time and labor, as well as absence management. Samantha stayed with Verizon until 2009.

In 2009, Samantha joined PRA Group as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they provided employee relations guidance and support to executive leadership and management staff, overseeing corporate policies and programs for over 2,400 employees across multiple states. Samantha also supervised a team of 8 HR Generalists and conducted investigatory interviews for EEO complaints. Samantha worked at PRA Group until 2010.
