In 2009, Samantha joined PRA Group as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they provided employee relations guidance and support to executive leadership and management staff, overseeing corporate policies and programs for over 2,400 employees across multiple states. Samantha also supervised a team of 8 HR Generalists and conducted investigatory interviews for EEO complaints. Samantha worked at PRA Group until 2010.
