Ashley Washington

Ashley Washington possesses extensive experience in financial management and accounting, with a focus on payroll and accounts payable processes. Currently employed as a Financial Management Specialist at the U.S. Department of State, Ashley is responsible for processing specialized pay actions and maintaining accuracy in Time and Attendance within proprietary financial systems. Previous roles include managing payroll and purchasing at CareSouth Carolina, Inc., where significant improvements were made in processing time, and working in accounts payable at Thermo Fisher Scientific, contributing to the implementation of SAP. Ashley also has a strong educational background, holding a Master’s degree in Accounting from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Ashford University.
