Dave Strobel

Dave Strobel has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Dave is currently the VP of Operations at Haynes International since 2018. Prior to that, they founded and served as a Senior Manufacturing Management Consultant at Silver Eagle Consulting starting in 2016. From 2007 to 2015, Dave worked at Carpenter Technology Corporation, where they held various leadership positions including SVP and Chief Technology Officer, Sr. Vice President of Global Operations, Vice President of Technology, and Vice President of Manufacturing. Before joining Carpenter Technology Corp., they held roles ranging from Metallurgist to Program Manager, General Manager of Bar Products, and General Manager of Primary Operations.

Dave Strobel attended the University of Pittsburgh where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering. Following this, they went on to enroll at Saint Joseph's University to pursue an MBA degree.
