Erick Pawlak

Erick Pawlak is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in regional sales management and account management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Haynes International since March 2022, Erick specializes in corrosion-resistant and high-temperature metals for the Midwest region. Prior to this role, Erick held similar positions at LED Phantom Distribution, MENNEKES Electrical Products, Tufts Grinding, Tri Star Metals, and Rolled Alloys, demonstrating a strong aptitude for driving sales and customer engagement in diverse markets. Erick began a career in sales after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Wichita State University between 1995 and 2000.
