Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Hays + Sons since February 2010, Troy has held various leadership roles including General Manager and Director of Operations. Prior to this, Troy spent over two decades at Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company, where the tenure included positions such as Claims Manager and Senior Large Fire Loss Specialist. Troy Bell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Economics, and Psychology from Ball State University.
