Andy Bell

Andy Bell is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as People Director at Hays Travel since November 2024. Prior to this role, Andy held various HR leadership positions at Story Homes, including Human Resources Director, Head Of Human Resources, and Senior HR Partner, from April 2019 to November 2024. From June 2008 to February 2019, Andy worked at Gentoo Group Limited as Head of Human Resources, Assistant Human Resources Manager, and Senior HR Advisor. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior HR Advisor at Northern Deanery, NHS from August 2005 to June 2008, and as HR Assistant at the Commission for Social Care Inspection between 2002 and 2005. Andy holds an MA in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Northumbria and a BA (Hons) in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Sunderland.
