Brandon Pavley

Brandon Pavley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations for the Americas at Hays since June 2021, Brandon previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at ACS Solutions from May 2014 to June 2021. In earlier roles, Brandon was the Senior Corporate Counsel and Director of Compliance/Vendor Operations at ACS Group and served as the Safety and Operations Manager at Olin Health Center, Michigan State University. Brandon's legal background includes a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Law School and a Master of Laws in Corporate Law and Finance. Additionally, Brandon has experience as a Law Clerk at the Michigan Tax Tribunal. An academic foundation in General Business Administration with a Prelaw focus was established at Michigan State University.
