Christian Roberts, B.A. (Hons), has extensive experience in payroll management and administration, currently serving as Staff Payroll Team Leader for Hays since April 2021. In this role, Christian manages and develops the Payroll Team across the UK and Ireland, ensuring timely processing of payroll jobs. Previous positions include Payroll Administrator at Gi Group, where Christian managed end-to-end payroll for PAYE Limited and Umbrella companies, and Payroll Clerk at IDPP, leading the implementation of tailored CRM systems. Early career highlights include roles at KashFlow, Admiral Recruitment, Diligenta, Grant Thornton ORBIT Solutions, and RBC, demonstrating a strong foundation in payroll processes and customer service. Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
