Matthew Dickason

Matthew Dickason is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in recruitment, HR services, and technology solutions. Currently serving as CEO Asia Pacific at Hays since February 2005, Matthew leads the organization's efforts in transforming recruitment practices. Previous roles include CEO Enterprise Solutions and Global Managing Director & Group Head of Strategy, where Matthew focused on deepening client relationships and anticipating market changes. Additionally, Matthew has been an Advisory Board Member for Honey Insurance since June 2024 and a member of YPO since January 2020. Matthew's earlier career includes positions at Johnson Matthey and Corning Incorporated, with a strong foundation in engineering and management. Matthew holds an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School and has pursued further education in organizational psychology, philosophy, and industrial engineering.
