Neha Malhotra

Neha Malhotra has over ten years of experience in Human Resources. Neha is currently the Head of HR at Hays. Prior to their current role, Neha was a Senior HR Manager at DB Schenker from August 2018 to February 2020. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at Schindler Group from May 2018 to July 2018. From October 2014 to April 2018, Neha worked as a People Business Partner at UPC Austria & Swiss GmbH / Liberty Global. Neha started their career in Human Resources at UPC Austria / Liberty Global in September 2010 as a Trainings & Development Specialist.

Neha Malhotra has a Master of Science in Personalmanagement, Führung und Organisation from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems. Neha also has certification from Insights Amsterdam in Insights Discovery, OPQ, and WIFI der Wirtschaftskammer Wien in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung.
