Neil Jones

Neil Jones is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience at Hays since October 2007, currently serving as Senior Business Director overseeing the East Midlands Commercial and Education team, specializing in recruiting Qualified/Senior Finance professionals. Formerly, Neil managed specialist recruitment teams in various sectors, including Public Sector Technology, Education, and Social Care across multiple offices in Leicester and Nottingham. Additionally, Neil served as a Community Governor at The Castle Rock School from November 2020 to January 2023 and has a strong background in Human Resources, having held positions at Browne Jacobson LLP and Ashfield Healthcare. Neil holds a Level 7 CIPD qualification in Human Resources and a 2:1 degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
