Kirk Cerny is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and risk management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Secure Passage since October 2022, Kirk oversees internal and external operations, engineering, research & development, and corporate security. Previously, Kirk held several leadership roles at Fishtech Group, including Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Solution Architecture, and served as Senior Director and Insider Threat Specialist at Haystax. Kirk's background also includes positions as Chief Strategy Officer at Intelyx AI BI Data Analytics, Leader of the Collegiate Division at USI Insurance Services, and President & CEO of the Purdue Alumni Association. Kirk's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology—Neuroscience, both from The University of Kansas.
