Amanda Stangret, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Amanda started their career as a Cost Analyst at Jack Link's Protein Snacks in 2011 and later transitioned to the role of HR Coordinator in September 2013. Amanda worked in this position until April 2019 before moving on to join Hayward Area Memorial Hospital & Water's Edge.

At Hayward Area Memorial Hospital & Water's Edge, Amanda initially served as an HR Generalist from April 2019 to May 2021. Amanda then progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager, where they worked from May 2021 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director, starting from March 2023.
