Olha Burdel

Olha Burdel has extensive experience in quality control and customer service, currently working as a Quality Control Inspector and Prod Filler at Hayward Laboratories, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this role, Olha worked as a Customer Service Operator at Federal & State Income Tax Services from July 2002 to February 2008, where responsibilities included advising clients on tax payment forms and managing personal identification data. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer-Integrated Technological Processes and Production with a focus on Automated Control Systems from Ternopil State 'Ivan Pul'uj' Technical University and an Honors degree in Computer Operation from the Technical College of TNTU.
