Stuart Gibson

Stuart serves as the Managing Director of Hayward Tyler Fluid Handling based in East Kilbride, Scotland near Glasgow.

Stuart joined HTFH in December 2021 after Hayward Tyler acquired his mixer business, Transkem Fluid Mixers, which added the fluid mixer range to Hayward Tyler’s existing canned motor and Varley gear pump products.

After graduating from Strathclyde University, Stuart began his career in sales and marketing before joining Transkem as a Sales Engineer. He worked for Transkem for 28 years prior to becoming Managing Director in 2000 and eventually owning the company until its purchase in 2021.

Stuart has also attended many courses at the Cranfield University Fluid Mixing Process Group focusing on the design and specification of fluid mixers.
