Stephany Sylverain

Stephany Sylverain currently serves as the Head of Network Health Plan Strategy & Operations at Hazel Health, a position started in March 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Provider Contracting Strategy at Oscar Health and Director of Payor Contracting at VillageMD, where Stephany also held the position of Manager of Payor Contracting. Previous roles include Provider Contracting Executive at Humana and both Senior Contract Negotiator and Contract Negotiator for Network Development at Sunshine Health. Throughout these positions, Stephany has been responsible for managing complex contracts and negotiating fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements for various healthcare groups in Hillsborough County. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Services from the University of Central Florida.
