Danny Berger is currently the General Counsel & Vice President of Corporate Development at Hazel Technologies, Inc., a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Corporate Associate at Watson Farley & Williams from 2014-2021, where they focused on general corporate matters such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity. Danny also drafted and advised on filings and submissions with stock exchanges and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Danny Berger graduated from Emory University with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Linguistics in 2009. Danny then attended Emory University School of Law and graduated with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in 2014, with Honors.
