Özge Avcıoğlu

Özge Avcıoğlu has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 at Siemens, where they worked as a Computer Engineer, Product Owner, and Project Manager until 2011. Özge then joined Ericsson as a Customer Project Manager, PMP, and worked there for seven years until 2018. In 2018, Özge became a Program Management Consultant at PiA (People in Action) and stayed until 2019. Özge then joined Commencis as a Program Manager from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Özge is working at Hazelcast, where they have held multiple roles, including Agile Technical Program Manager, Software Engineering Manager, and currently, they hold the position of Product Director & Agile Technical Program Management.
