Shawn Harris

Shawn Harris has extensive work experience in the legal field, starting with their current role as VP, Assistant General Counsel at Hazelcast. Prior to this, they worked as an Attorney at Shawn Harris, Attorney-at-Law, PLLC from 2018 to 2022, where they facilitated technology agreements for clients and negotiated various commercial contracts. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Corporate Counsel at Automation Anywhere. Shawn also worked as a Senior Contracts Negotiator at Lockheed Martin from 2014 to 2015, and as a Business Segment Lead - Contracts at Centeva from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as a Law Clerk through the J. Reuben Clark Public Service Fellowship at Utah's First Judicial District from 2011 to 2012.

Shawn Harris has a J.D. degree from BYU Law School and a B.S. degree from Utah State University. Shawn is also certified as an attorney by the Utah State Bar and the State Bar of California.
