James Flint

James Flint has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. James started their career as an Architectural Intern at Sjoquist Architects Inc in 2006 before moving on to CBRE as a Project Manager in 2008. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Facilities Manager at CBRE. In 2011, James joined DaVita Kidney Care as a Regional Director of Operations. James then worked at PKC Commercial Construction as a Business Development Director in the healthcare sector in 2013. Later that year, they joined Fairview Health Services as the Director of Facilities Operations. In 2016, James became the Executive Director of Facilities Operations and Support Services at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. James held this position until 2020 when they were promoted to Vice President, Real Estate, Facilities Operations & Support Services at the same company. In 2023, James further advanced to the role of Vice President, Real Estate & Procurement at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation.

James Flint has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. James also holds a Certificate in Accounting from Harvard Business School Online. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Hamline University, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
