Jonathan Irving

Jonathan Irving possesses extensive experience in the addiction counseling field, currently serving as Senior National Manager for Patient Placement Counselors at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation since April 2021. Previously held the same title at the Betty Ford Center from December 2018 to April 2022, and has also worked as a Patient Placement Counselor and Financial Advocate within the same organization. Prior to joining Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, Jonathan was involved in counseling roles including Addictions Counselor at Allied Health Services East Portland and completing an internship at Quest Center for Integrative Health. Additional professional experience includes management roles in event planning, dining service, and freelance furniture restoration. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from California State University, Chico, and an Addiction Studies Certificate from Portland Community College.
