Sandy Weil

Sandy Weil has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 1991, Sandy worked as a Senior Account Manager at KnowledgeWare, where they were responsible for sales to large New York-based companies. They exceeded their goals and earned President's Council recognition for consecutive years.

In 1993, Sandy joined Andersen Consulting as a Sales Director in the Eastern Region for their Foundation Software division. They successfully led the division, driving revenue from less than $1 million to over $4 million.

Sandy continued their career at Andersen Consulting, taking on roles such as Associate Partner in the Global Alliances/Financial Services division and Senior Executive/Partner in the Managed Reference Data Service/BPO Division. They were actively involved in strategy development, acquisitions, and building a global sales organization. They generated $450 million in revenue over three years and implemented successful corporate initiatives.

Moving on, Sandy became the President and CEO of Proginet Corporation in 2008. They restructured the company, focusing on product development and operational systems, which resulted in revenue growth.

In 2011, Sandy joined Oracle as a Group Vice President and later became the Vice President of Global Sales FSGBU. They were responsible for managing sales and contributing to business growth.

Sandy then joined ION in 2014 as the Senior Vice President and served in that role until 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, Sandy joined Hazeltree as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Sandy Weil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where they attended from 1980 to 1984.
