Sonia Spicehandler has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Sonia is currently the Chief People Officer at Hazeltree since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at TenFour from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this position, they were responsible for building and executing the HR strategy to attract, develop, and retain employees.

From 2014 to 2017, Sonia worked at Strategic Products and Services (SPS) as the Vice President of Human Resources.
