Michael Tsourounis

Michael Tsourounis is a seasoned professional in real estate investment, currently serving as Managing Partner & Head of Real Estate at Hazelview Investments since March 2007. In this role, Michael oversees the firm’s direct real estate investment platform and co-leads the strategic team involved in sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate initiatives. Prior to this position, Michael held various roles at GE Commercial Finance, including Managing Director in Real Estate Investment Management and Executive Director for Direct Real Estate Investments. Michael Tsourounis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Dalhousie University and is a Level II Candidate at the CFA Institute, with additional studies at Copenhagen Business School.
