Oren Egozi

Oren Egozi has extensive experience in the seed production industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Hazera Seeds since July 2017, where Oren leads transformative organizational change by restructuring the organizational chart, recruiting talent, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies. Previously, Oren held positions as R&D Operation Lead, managing non-commercial production operations, and as NPI Breeding Production Operations Manager, overseeing breeding production activities. Prior experience at Rootility included roles as Agronomist and Seeds Production Site Manager, responsible for comprehensive production management from planting to seed production, alongside R&D Agronomist duties. Oren holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
