Vanessa Million

Vanessa Million has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vanessa started their career in 2000 as a Salesperson at RW&CO. and later worked as a Salesperson at Page Sport Canada. In 2002, they became an Inventory Coordinator at MDS Pharma Services.

In 2005, Vanessa joined Bentley Leathers Inc. and held various roles including Graphic Designer, Design Manager, and Design & Marketing Manager until 2010. Vanessa also briefly worked as a Junior Buyer at Joshua Perets in 2010.

Vanessa's career then took their to HB Connections Inc., where they worked from 2011 to 2020. Vanessa started as a Production Coordinator and then became an Operations Manager. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Product Management-Brands Division before being promoted to Sr. Director of Sourcing & Production. At HB Connections Inc., Vanessa led a team, implemented protocols to enhance performance, profitability, and growth, and managed customer schedules and timelines.

In 2020, Vanessa joined A Million Creative Sparks as an Advertisement Consultant, where they demonstrated expertise in account management, delivered persuasive sales presentations, and contributed to business sales growth through upselling and cross-selling services.

Vanessa Million obtained a Diploma of Education in Business Administration and Management, Marketing & Sales from Herzing College from 2023 to 2025. Prior to this, Vanessa received a Qualification & Recognition Certificate in Fashion Designer from Collège LaSalle, Montréal from 2020 to 2021. In 2005, they obtained a Certificate in Advertising from Collège Inter-Dec, Montréal.
