Dianne S. Mills

Dianne S. Mills has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since March 2020. Prior to joining the Company, she served as Principal at Mills Consulting from November 2017 to February 2020; as Senior Vice President, People Officer at Walmart eCommerce from August 2014 to January 2017; and as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of PayPal from February 2009 to July 2014. Prior to her service at PayPal, she served in various business and human resources roles of increasing responsibility at Bank of America from September 1999 through January 2009. Ms. Mills has a B.S. in Finance from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.
