Breanne Nguyen, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Breanne started their career in 2004 as a Platoon Sergeant/Equal Opportunity Specialist/Trainer in the US Marine Corps and served until 2012. In 2011, they joined the County of York - Human Resources as a Child Support Enforcement Supervisor/Trainer. Breanne then worked as an Adjunct Instructor at YTI Career Institute from 2020 to 2021. In 2016, they became the Director of Learning and Development at HB Mechanical Group. Currently, they are an Adjunct Professor at Post University, starting from 2021.
Breanne Nguyen, Ph.D. earned their Research Doctorate in Human Services, Clinical Social Work from Walden University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2013. In 2012, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Forensic Psychology at Argosy University. Breanne'seducational journey began with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2009. In terms of certifications, they have obtained a Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2022, a Certified Dream Manager certification from Floyd Consulting in 2021, a Certified Higher Education Professional: Excellence in Online Teaching certification from Career Education Colleges and Universities in 2020, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2019, and a Certificate of Doctoral Study from Walden University in 2015.
