Melissa Coudriet

Melissa Coudriet has over 22 years of work experience in various roles related to data and analytics. Currently, they are the Director of Data and Analytics at HB Mechanical Group, where they are responsible for setting and driving the company's enterprise data vision and strategy. Melissa'srole includes standardizing and streamlining the data architecture, focusing on data governance, migration, transformation, and enrichment. Additionally, they are expanding the company's use of data as a strategic enabler of goals and objectives.

Prior to their current position, Melissa worked at Penn State University for 13 years. In their role as Solutions Delivery Director, they played a critical role in implementing technology solutions using packaged software, cloud applications, and custom development. Melissa also led various projects, such as developing an AI/ML solution for the Advising team, migrating a data warehouse to an Azure data lake, and creating a new No-code/Low-code development team. Melissa focused on creating high performing teams with relevant skills to meet the technology needs of Outreach and Online Education.

Before joining Penn State University, Melissa worked at Biogen as a Lead Data Warehouse Architect. During their time there, they deployed an enterprise-wide financial data warehouse, replaced a financial planning tool, and upgraded an existing Hyperion/Essbase environment.

Melissa's early work experience includes a role as a Technical Lead at PTC, where they contributed to technical projects.
