Jason Hand

Jason Hand has extensive experience in environmental compliance and management. Jason currently holds the position of Vice President of Environmental at HB NEXT, a company that provides regulatory and compliance services. Prior to this, they worked at D.R. Horton as the Division Environmental & Safety Manager. Before joining D.R. Horton, Jason served as the Environmental Compliance Manager at HB NEXT Corporation where their responsibilities included consulting, inspections, testing, training, and technology services. Jason also co-founded Xeritech, an environmental consulting firm specializing in NPDES inspections. Earlier in their career, Jason held roles such as Area Manager at HB NEXT and VP of NPDES Compliance at Atlanta Erosion Consultants.

Jason Hand obtained a BBA degree in Marketing from Georgia College & State University from 1999 to 2003. Jason also holds several certifications including GSWSWCC Level 2 Trainer, Level 2 Design Professional, Level 1 Inspector from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, CPESC from EnviroCert International, Inc., CEPSCI from Clemson University, GSWCC Level 1 Trainer, FDEP Certified Inspector from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, GSWCC Level 1B, and GSWCC Level 1A. The certifications were obtained between 2004 and 2018.
