Ken Narva

Chairman & Chief Development Officer, Streetworks Development at Hudson's Bay Company

Ken Narva serves as the chairman & chief development officer of Streetworks Development, the real estate development division of Hudson’s Bay Company Properties and Investments. In this role, Mr. Narva is responsible for leading the planning and execution of projects that modernize HBC-owned properties and create value-enhancing opportunities across the portfolio. Mr. Narva brings to this role over 40 years of experience as a seasoned real estate developer and consultant.

As part of Mr. Narva’s work with Streetworks Development, he has overseen several, notable developments including the mixed-use, $285 million Blue Back Square project in West Hartford, Connecticut; the $250 million New Roc City retail and entertainment complex in New Rochelle, New York; and the $150 million Ridgeway Center urban retail complex in Stamford, Connecticut.

In his capacity as a consultant, Mr. Narva has previously advised some of the country’s most prominent developers, including Federal Realty Investment Trust, Starwood Capital Partners, National Realty Development, Roseland Properties, Capital Properties, Rose Associates, and Boston Properties.

Mr. Narva is currently spearheading Streetworks Development’s efforts in several major ground-up development opportunities across its North American portfolio.

Mr. Narva holds a BArch in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a MArch in Architecture from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.
